How can I apply?

You have the option of applying directly from the vacancy page by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button and filling in your details. It is also possible to send us an open application, if you do not see your ideal vacancy listed. This option can be found on the top right-hand side of the homepage.

How can I stay informed about future vacancies?

You can create a Job Alert from the bottom of the homepage. This way you can stay informed about any future vacancies that are added to the website.

What are the steps of the application process?

If you apply for the vacancy of Brand Ambassador, we will aim to respond to your application within 14 days. If you meet the requirements for the role then you will receive an e-mail, with a link to complete an online assessment. If you pass the online assessment, then you will be invited for an interview. If you are successful at the interview stage, then you will receive a contract proposal. Once this is accepted you will start with us in the next scheduled training group.

If you apply for one of the head office functions, then the process differs per vacancy. We will inform you about the steps as part of the process.

I have not heard anything back after applying, now what?

We aim to respond to everyone within 14 days. If you have not received a response after 14 days, then feel free to contact us. Please first check your spam folder, as it is possible that we may have responded but this was sent to the spam folder.

How should I dress for my interview?

We are an informal organisation. It is not necessary to wear a suit or dress up for your interview, unless you would like to, then of course that is fine. Come as you are. Have a look at the video about our company on the ‘About us’ page to get an impression of our company culture.

Do you offer internships opportunities?

We do not have a standard number of internships per year. If you are interested in an internship, feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.

What are the working conditions like?

We work according to the collective agreement (CAO Facility Contact Centre). Next to that we offer 25 days holiday per year (based on a 40 hour a week contract), training to keep your knowledge and skills up-to-date and GROWTH-roles and a TALENT-platform to develop yourself. We also have great parties at Halloween and Christmas and a Summer BBQ, just to name a few.

What is my work location?

We recruit for vacancies in both the offices in Enschede and Hilversum. The relevant vacancy will indicate where the position will be based.
