What are you going to do?
As a Business Analyst you will set up the reporting and management tools at Xtrasource. These tools help you to efficiently make the right reports and inform the business about the performance of the call center employees. You also play a major role in optimizing processes and procedures, in which you work closely with our Quality Analyst.
Your activities are:
-Setting up data warehouses
-Managing the reporting environment
-Making customized reports
-Carrying out analyzes
What do we ask of you?
To be successful you have experience with analyzing data and you know how to make reports. You also have demonstrable experience in an organization where improving processes and procedures is the order of the day.
Furthermore, you have:
- Successfully completed bachelor or master degree, in the direction of ICT, Business Administration or Public Administration
-1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Business or Data Analyst
-Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and Databases
-Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language both orally and in writing
-The ability to quickly acquire the specific knowledge of the contact center industry and Xtrasource
