Traffic Coordinator

Traffic Coordinator - Based in Enschede, The Netherlands

We are looking for an experienced and motivated traffic coordinator.

  • Are you passionate about providing excellent service to your business partners?
  • Are you experienced in utilising tools and software to maximise operational performance (e.g NICE, Avaya CMS, and Qlikview)?
  • Do you have a keen eye for detail as well as being proactive, analytical and able to think outside the box?
  • Do you have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working in a fast-paced environment?
  • Do you have well developed interpersonal skills?

You will be involved in:

  • Coordinating the workstreams of your colleagues and monitoring the work flows
  • Initiating activities to ensure that KPI’s are met in the most effective and efficient manner
  • Ensuring that operational management are briefed and kept informed about events
  • Communicating changes and updates to your colleagues 
  • Working together with the traffic team to support all areas of the business
  • Monitoring the Real Time Adherence of our Brand Ambassadors
  • Making recommendations and requests to colleagues to change their working hours, when necessary
  • Being an active presence in the office and a point of contact for our Brand Ambassadors

You should be accustomed to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be motivated to succeed. We strive to review the status quo as part of our day to day work and try to bring about improvements in our processes and outputs for the business, and also for one of our most important assets, our colleagues.

Additional skills and competencies:

  • You should be fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of Dutch and other European languages is a plus, but not essential
  • You have a degree in a relevant subject such as economics, logistics or mathematics, or equivalent work experience
