Quality Specialist

As a Quality Specialist at Xtrasource you are a key advisor to our client teams when it comes to Quality improvement. You are responsible for safeguarding our quality monitoring process and you initiate process improvements based on your root cause analyses. You work with a team of quality monitors and support Operations and Learning & Development in managing quality processes. You play a key role in building a great and consistent service experience for the customers of our clients.

You have an open mindset, you are proactively identifying areas of improvement from customer and employee perspectives. You are open to developing client relationship skills; you are experienced in working with many stakeholders and navigating different interests. You are very culturally aware and apply this in working within our international team with different backgrounds.

You are a pro-active self-starter that thrives in an environment where you need to align with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders. Experience in the contact centre industry is required and consultancy skills and quality monitoring experience are a big plus. You radiate your energy to the team and are always looking for solutions; even in challenging situations. You are based in Enschede - The Netherlands and you are aligning with our other (international) locations. You are fluent in English and preferably in Dutch. A bachelor’s degree in the domain of business administration is preferred.

Locations and hours Your will be located at our Enschede office and working hours will be 20 to 28 hours per week.
